I was a stubborn, angry, and sad young man who grew into an alcoholic when I became a man. All my life it seemed I was getting into fights and witchcraft was trying to creep its way into my life. God and the idea of him was merely just that...an idea. It wasn't until I was a father of 5 teenage children when God really set in motion the event that would change my life forever. I was working on the roof when I fell and landed on my back. Flash forward and my pride kept me from using a wheelchair because you see the accident had left me paralyzed. I crawled on the floor and my self esteem and worth drained from me each time. My poor wife who I love more than words could describe endured this with me. She had met a friend at her job who was a Christian and had no idea I was in this condition, but felt that God wass telling her to go pray for me. She then asked my wife if she could. Now, at this point in life I despised Christians. However, God knew what he was doing. The woman came to my home after I reluctantly accepted and started to ask if I believed Jesus could heal me? In my frustration I stupidly said if Satan himslef would heal me then I'll serve him. She of course braving rebuked me and asked me again. Tired of everything in my life. Tired of crawling on my belly. Tired of just being tired I said yes. In tears I said if your God can heal me, then I will serve him for the rest of my days! Let me tell you when that woman and her friend prayed I shot up like a rocket taking off for space! My spine was straightened and I began to run all through the house. I stopped and shouted to Lord that I renounced every foul thing. From that day forward I've have been a changed man completely. That day God not only delivered me from my physical condition, but from cigarettes, curse words, alcohol, and the forgiveness I was carrying in my heart since a child. Praise be unto the Lord. I hope this condensed version of my testimony speaks and ministers to you reading it. God Bless!
